Scope The Health Data Hosting Management System (HDHMS) which covers all information, assets and organization, internal and external clients with globally managed security, software development, installation, upgrades, implementation, maintenance, hosting and support services in accordance with the ISMS Statement of Applicability V23 4th October 2023, the following activities: 1. Provision and maintenance in operational condition to host the physical infrastructure of the health information system, 2. Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the physical infrastructure of the health information system, 3. Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the information system application hosting platform, 4. Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used for processing health data, 5. Administration and operation of the information system containing health data, and 6. Outsourced backups of health data (management and use of backups). The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2013.
Le système d’hébergement de données de santé (HDHMS) couvrant les informations, actifs et l’organisation, les clients internes et externes avec une sécurité gérée globalement, le développement de logiciels, l’installation, la mise à jour, l’implémentation, la maintenance, l’hébergement et les services de support en accord avec la déclaration d’applicabilité du système de management de sécurité de l’information V23 du 4 Octobre 2023 pour les activités suivantes : 1. Mise à disposition ou maintien en condition opérationnelle de locaux permettant d’héberger l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information de santé; 2. Mise à disposition ou maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information de santé; 3. Mise à disposition ou maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme logicielle (système d’exploitation, middleware, base de données) du système d’information de santé; 4. Mise à disposition ou maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information de santé; 5. Infogérance d’exploitation du système d’information de santé; et 6. Sauvegardes externalisées des données de santé. L’organisation est certifiée ISO 27001:2013.
